Two years.

Two of the most exciting, difficult, overwhelming, incredible years of my life. This company has been the biggest blessing in my life, I still can't believe Soul Honey is "mine". I truly have to pinch myself that I get to have this much fun every single day and call it work. God is good!

However, it is not lost on me that none of this would be possible without the support of so many. So instead of me ranting on about how thankful I am to be running this company, I am going to rant on about how thankful I am for the people that have helped make these past two years possible. So here it goes...

First and foremost, my parents. I got the idea for Soul Honey at the age of 19 while living in LA. I took the road less traveled to a town where I knew no one and my parents supported me. I learned everything I could in LA and got the crazy idea to move back home and start a t-shirt company. My parents still supported me. Every day sense they have been my backbone and biggest fans. Mom and Dad, thank you for not just telling my to dream big dreams, but walking alongside me as I did so. I love you and could not be more thankful for the both of you!

My siblings, Sarah, Kendall, Katie, and Matthew. I can not express how thankful I am for the four of you. You four are selfless, encouraging and incredibly supportive. You four get just as excited for any new launch, design, or quote as I do. One of the things I am proudest of is how proud you all have been of me. It is the best feeling to know your siblings support you as much as you do. Thank you, I love you all so much!

My dear friends, you know who you are. When things with Soul Honey are at their best or worst, you have been there for me. Friends are family you choose and I feel so grateful to call you my family. 

Tatum, my first employee, my third arm, and truly the most dependable person I have ever met. I never thought I would employ someone who cared about my company as much as I do, but I was wrong. You have been just as dedicated to the company as I am and I could not be more grateful to you. I struck gold with you!

Chloe, one of best friends, newest employees, and all around favorite person to be around. Thank you for your support and now hard work for the company. I just adore you! 

Hannah, my graphic designer and secret weapon. Soul Honey truly would not be possible without you. Thank you for bringing my vision to life and dealing with my crazy deadlines. I couldn't do any of this without you!

My printhouse. There really is nothing to say except without your hard work, Soul Honey really wouldn't be possible. Long hours, hot days and you still happily print hundreds of shirts for me. I am amazed and so thankful for you as a crucial piece in making this all possible. 

My instagram family. I still can't believe the incredible women I get to work with and now get to call friends. It is overwhelming to have your support and I can honestly say without you, this really couldn't be possible. To name a few, Mary-Kate Robertson, Krista Horton, Lauren Peelman, Kaila Walls, Jess Conte, The Terkeurst girls, Bella and Rebecca Robertson, Kelly McEacharn, Meshali Mitchell, Shawn Johnson, Emma Mae Jenkins, I could go on. Again, a million times thank you!

The best photographer in the business, Michelle Herrick. Working with you is effortless and too much fun! You bring my vision to life and then some. So much love for you!
